Who we are

Our team is made up of experienced Early Years professionals; we’ve been educating children aged 3 to 5 since 2010 in our Pre-Prep settings. We’ve also spent the last few years running free Baby & Toddler playgroups. So we’re excited to now be able to expand our provision and welcome children age 1+ into our warm and welcoming Nursery settings.

Our approach to learning

At the Stephen Perse Nurseries, your child can be whatever they want to be. Every new experience can become an adventure, experiment or new creation. Children can be explorers, scientists and inventors, developing their very own unique view of the world.

Our nurturing nursery curriculum has child led and play based learning at its heart, making full use of our safe and secure indoor and outdoor environments.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which sets standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old. Every day provides new opportunities for children to develop and learn through high quality play experiences, as they are introduced to the wider Stephen Perse values of:

Our Forest School programme and stimulating outside spaces immerse children in nature and help develop their confidence, resilience, independence and self-motivation – all the tools children need for a happy and successful life.
